Usage policy for stores and accounts on Zaki System.
Zaki System follows the principles and boundaries of Islam when determining the products, services, and content that are acceptable on the platform. We strive to keep stores using the system within a disciplined framework that respects these principles, and every store is expected to uphold them in its products, services, and content.
Zaki System is provided for managing lawful business operations. Accounts must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity performed through their accounts, including activity performed by employees or other authorized users.
The following products and content are not permitted on the platform: alcohol and intoxicating beverages, gambling, betting and related tools, games involving dice, cigarettes, tobacco and nicotine products, images of women regardless of dress or level of modesty, sexually explicit or inappropriate content, and any products, services, or content that conflict with the principles, boundaries, and values of Islam.
Store owners are responsible for the activity of their stores and accounts, including actions performed by employees and other authorized users. Every store is expected to ensure that its products, services, and content comply with these Terms of Use.
Plans are billed monthly in EGP. Plan limits for employees, orders, images per item, and other features apply as described on the pricing section. When a subscription expires, the store enters a grace period of approximately 48 hours before the service is suspended. If the subscription is renewed during this period or after suspension, the service is restored and the store can continue using the platform as before.
Zaki System may review stores and accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use. If a store violates this policy, Zaki System may restrict or suspend the store or specific features. Where possible, the account owner will be notified and given an opportunity to correct the violation.
Zaki System may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or its usage policies. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
